Delivery Information

  • We deliver Monday-Friday between the hours of 11 am – 6 pm.  Scheduled appointments are not available. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional $50

  • Delivery driver will call 30-60 minutes prior to arrival.  Pick up all phone calls coming from an unknown number on your delivery date so you do not miss our call.

  • We will call you 2 times and also text.  If no response within allotted time, your delivery will be moved to our next availability and you will be charge another delivery fee.

  • We will install upon delivery except dishwashers and microwaves.  Gas & water lines are included in the delivery fee. WE DO NOT RUN WATER LINES FOR REFRIGERATORS

  • All pathways need to be cleared in the house from the entrance to the room the appliance will be hooked up in. DURING WINTER TIME, ALL PATHWAYS SHOVELED AND SALTED

  • We are not responsible for floor damage. Please protect your floor prior to our arrival

  • No 2nd floor delivery of French door, side by side, or bottom freezer refrigerators.  Those items can be delivered to alternate places such as garage or patio.

  • Second floor deliveries are charged an additional $10 per appliance.

  • Removal and haul away of old is included in your delivery fee; but if requesting relocation on your property there is an additional fee determined by location and difficulty. 

  • We can refuse delivery or removal due to pests, feces, and bugs in the area of appliance, forfeiting your delivery fee.

  • Allow personal space for delivery team to move around the area to install your appliance.

Service Calls

  • We will schedule based on our tech availability, your availability, and our current schedule.

  • We service appliances both purchased from us and those purchased elsewhere.

  • We will review your account & inform you of your warranty coverage and/or potential fees.

  • If out of warranty, or appliance not purchased from us, the following charges will apply:

    • $85 Evaluation Fee

      • Must be prepaid or appointment will not be made

      • Covers assessment of appliance and the problem it is having.

      • The fee is NOT applied to any service or parts

    • After evaluation, the tech will inform you if the appliance can be fixed and the cost of a part.  You will then decide if you want the repair.  The part may need to be ordered or it may be in our warehouse. 

    • The cost of the part and $35/hour for labor must be paid at time of service.

  • All pathways need to be cleared and there needs to be room for the tech to move around the appliance. Allow personal space for the technician. 

  • The area must be clean and free of any pests, bugs, feces, etc..

  • Tech will call 30-60 minutes prior to arrival.  Pick up all phone calls coming from an unknown number.  We will call and text.  If no response within listed time, then your service call will need to be rescheduled with an additional $25 missed appointment fee. 

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present during the service call.

Appliance 
Pick-Up

  • If you choose to pick up your appliance and install yourself, a warranty still exists.  However, if you have installed the appliance incorrectly, that is not covered under the warranty.  If we have to come and reinstall for you, there will be a $50 charge.

  • We assist with loading appliances in your vehicle.

  • Refrigerators need to remain upright upon your pick up and transportation.  Failure to do so will result in an immediate void of your warranty.

  • We do not supply cardboard or packing materials to protect your vehicle or appliance.

  • We sell straps to secure the transportation of the appliance for an additional $10 strap.

  • We do not provide gas ($20) or water hose lines ($10) with pick up.  Those items can be purchased for additional fees and based on our availability.

  • If your appliance is being picked up by yourself or another individual not at the time of purchase, we must see a copy of the receipt in person or a picture of that receipt.

  • With proper notice of pick up and availability, we will set up appliance to show it is in working condition before the removal from the building.
