The Plug sold my son a fridge, washer, dryer, and oven and were very affordable. When we thought we had an issue with the washing machine Robert came to check it out quickly - it wasn't the machine but how we were using it. Robert was super friendly and seems like a great guy. Thank you!

This place was a blessing I had to buy all appliances at one time to move into my home after surgery. When I was discharged came home to everything being conveniently in place.

Listen… This is the ONLY appliance store I will EVER buy from💯 they have a customer for life. Every employee I came in contact with was pleasant and friendly. I was in a situation where I had to move to a home without any appliances and I needed EVERYTHING 😩. By the grace of God a friend told me about this place and that information was such a blessing 🙌🏾. I even ran into an issue with the washing machine but the team came together to resolve the issue to make sure I was taken care of right away. Great shopping experience, lots of options, and fantastic prices for my tight budget ($375 a piece)Second floor delivery in my duplex cost a small fee extra, but was absolutely worth it so I didn't have to find friends to lift heavy things!
